Commissioning me means the commissioner accepts all these terms and conditions.

I sort the queue according to time of receiving payment.

I charge for rush commission +100% of the total cost.

Every work is paid at full cost.

No refund are offered in every case.

All Vtuber-related work are commercial use.

Always give credit to me (Nekomeen) as the creator.

I have the right to post / livestreaming my work on my platforms. (The work can be temporalily secret if requested.)

I do not accept private commission.

If you do not reply me within 30 days after I contact you, you slot will be cancelled.

If the slot is cancelled, I have the right to resell my art on my platforms.

If you breach the agreement, you will no longer have the right to use my art. Also, I have the right to resell the art on my platforms.

I do regular commissions alternating with Vtuber models so as not to burn out midway through. (Note: Our commission work takes a lot of energy. The speed of work depends mostly on the work scale and emotions.)
